Gift Voucher
When someone you love celebrates a happy event, you don't have to worry about how to make them happy anymore - the Cremicstar gift card is the perfect gift!
The voucher will grant them an invitation for a fun coloring session in our studio, whenever they want.
You will of course be able to choose the sum of the voucher, and the celebrants will be able to choose a piece of the same sum.
All you have to do is drop by at our studio, buy a gift card and enjoy the smile your friends will have when you give them the voucher :)
Gift voucher regulations
Customers can purchase a voucher (hereafter "Gift Card", "Coupon", "Card") to purchase painting tools
In the "Cremixstar" studio hereafter "the studio", "the business", "the place") in any amount of your choice.
The cost of the gift card will be equivalent to the nominal amount indicated on the card.
After paying for the coupon, the buyer will receive a physical voucher stating the amount of the coupon, its validity and serial number.
The recipient of the coupon will be able to redeem the coupon by physically presenting it.
The business will keep a record of the purchase of the coupon, including serial number, amount, validity and whether the coupon was partially or fully redeemed. The registration at the business will be the only reference for the validity of the coupon.
The card entitles the holder to purchase tools in the studio, and only in the studio, up to the amount stated on the coupon.
The owner of the coupon will be able to use up the amount stated in it in one purchase or several purchases, until the amount is used up. The owner of the coupon will be able to add an additional amount to the purchase of tools, if the amount of the coupon does not cover the requested purchase.
No cash refund will be given for any coupon balance.
The coupon is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. After this date the coupon will not be honored or exchanged. If the studio ceases to operate, the owner of the coupon will not be entitled to a refund, even if the coupon is still valid.
The purchaser of the coupon will be able to request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase of the coupon, all this if it is not used in any way.
The business maintains its right to change the provisions of the regulations on all its sections, as it deems appropriate, the update will be made on the regulations on the website.
Every person who holds the card accepts the instructions of this regulation and undertakes to act in accordance with its instructions and no claim will be heard on his part in any case.
In the case of canceling a purchase transaction or returning goods purchased using the coupon, the business will act in accordance with the policy established by it and subject to the provisions of any law.
For the avoidance of doubt, the business may establish different provisions regarding credits and cancellations in accordance with its sole decision.
